O GCT (Global Cultural Transfer) é um projeto organizado por alunos da EAESP-FGV que visa proporcionar uma experiência internacional diferenciada aos alunos da Fundação, buscando trazer a eles um entendimento maior dos aspectos culturais, políticos, econômicos e de negócios enfrentados em outras culturas para quebrar opiniões estereotipadas e contribuir para uma melhor formação dos participantes.
Começou em 2006 quando a Universidade de St. Gallen entrou em contato com a EAESP para realizar o projeto Magellan, que veio a ser o GCT na sua edição seguinte. Anualmente o GCT foi crescendo na cultura da FGV e em 2010, com a criação da International Network, passou a ser organizado por uma célula da entidade. Agora, em 2011, o GCT acontece com uma das novas escolas parceiras da EAESP, a Koç University em Istambul.

GCT is a project organized by students of the São Paulo Business School (FGV-EAESP) that aims to provide a different international experience for the students; focusing on broadening their understanding of politics, culture, social and cultural aspects from other countries, breaking stereotyped opinions and contributing for a better formation of the participants.
The project started in 2006 when the University of St. Gallen contacted EAESP to organize the Magellan project, which became GCT on the following edition. Year by year, the project has grown inside FGV's culture and in 2010, with the creation of the International Network, it started being organized by a working cell inside this students' organization. In 2011, GCT is taking place with one of the newest partner schools of EAESP, Koç University in Istanbul.
